JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior actuarial role focused on annuities pricing, valuation, and model build
- Design and price fixed, variable, and indexed annuity products
- Build and maintain models in Prophet or GGY AXIS and automate in Python/R/VBA
- Perform reserves and cash flow projections under Statutory, GAAP, and IFRS
- Onsite in New York / USA onshore role (location: New York, NY)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 10+ years in annuities actuarial domain
- Design and price fixed, variable, and indexed annuity products
- Develop assumptions for mortality, interest, expenses, and lapse
- Reserving and valuation under Statutory, GAAP, and IFRS
- Model build and validation using Prophet or GGY AXIS with automation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of actuarial experience in annuities
- Experience designing and pricing fixed, variable, and indexed annuities
- Hands-on modelling with Prophet or GGY AXIS
- Experience calculating reserves under Statutory, GAAP, and IFRS
- Proficiency automating actuarial processes using Python, R, or VBA
