JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform Cash Flow Testing, C3 Phase I and reserve adequacy analyses for life and annuity products
- Run and enhance AXIS projection models and maintain model controls
- Analyze model output and communicate key drivers to stakeholders
- Participate in an Actuarial Education Program with exam support and rotations
- Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid or remote) based in Des Moines, IA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Individual life and annuity actuarial experience
- Experience with AXIS modeling system
- General account and indexed product experience
- Life insurance accounting and asset modeling
- Knowledge of Statutory, GAAP, and Tax accounting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum ASA required
- 4+ years individual life and annuity actuarial experience
- Experience with AXIS actuarial modeling system
- Knowledge of Statutory, GAAP, and Tax accounting for life products
- Experience with general account and indexed products and asset modeling
