As a Manager in the CCS practice, you will assist/lead project teams dedicated to developing and delivering claims closure impact analysis to clients and prospects. In addition, you will update current models and develop additional models required for estimating claim closure project impacts. You will have a significant number of client facing opportunities, sharing the results and implications of our analyses with non-actuarial audiences. You will play a role in our marketing efforts and the growth of this practice area.

The Requirements
- Experience in an property & casualty insurance coverages and/or actuarial environment with significant exposure to commercial lines
- Strong analytical skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical, systematic way
- The ability to see the “big picture,” leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients’ business challenges
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word
- Availability to travel on an as needed basis
- Undergraduate degree required
- Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) is preferred
