JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead underwriting and pricing for health business lines and manage a team of analysts
- Develop cost-of-care projections and evaluate utilization and cost trends
- Set final quoted rates incorporating administrative costs and profit objectives
- Interact with clients to resolve projection and proposal differences
- Work remotely; strong Excel and MS Access experience handling large datasets

- Underwriting experience (12+ years)
- Underwriting management (5+ years)
- Health insurance industry knowledge
- Medical and administrative cost data analysis
- Managed care underwriting principles
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA required
