HIGHLIGHTS

Senior Director underwriting role in Health (managed care) focused on pricing and underwriting for client renewals and new business. You will lead a team of pricing and reporting analysts, analyze claims and cost trends, develop cost-of-care projections and rate structures, and partner with Finance and business units. Remote role based in/around Ohio.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead underwriting and pricing for health insurance products and new business acquisition
Analyze claims data and develop cost-of-care projections for renewals and prospects
Manage a team of pricing and reporting analysts and coordinate approvals with senior management
Build pricing/underwriting recommendations incorporating administrative costs and profit objectives
Remote senior director role; requires strong Excel and MS Access experience

Strong Excel and MS Access skills; experience managing large data sets
