HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C actuarial leadership role in National Accounts based in Hartford, CT. You will lead an Actuarial & Analytics unit responsible for reserving, rate-making and account-level pricing for National Accounts, Middle Market loss-sensitive and International accounts. The role combines strategic initiative ownership, technical actuarial analysis and people leadership with frequent engagement with underwriting and senior business partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead Actuarial & Analytics for National Accounts and Middle Market loss-sensitive portfolios
Own account-level pricing, loss rating and reserve/forecasting analyses
Drive strategic initiatives and influence leaders up to the VP level
Manage and develop a small team of actuarial/analytics contributors
Required technical skills include MS Office and programming (e.g., SQL, SAS)
