- Lead reserving and loss analytics for Bond & Specialty Insurance (Cyber, D&O, EPL, Crime)
- Manage a small team of reserving analysts and provide technical reviews
- Influence reserving strategy and lead unit-level strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Pricing, Product, Underwriting, and Claims stakeholders
- Apply traditional reserving and emerging AI/predictive analytics methods
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Comprehensive quantitative analysis experience
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry
- Programming skills (SQL, SAS)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of comprehensive quantitative analysis experience
