DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial pricing and product mechanics for retirement products
  • Asset‑liability management and capital efficiency
  • Valuation, non‑forfeiture law and tax code 7702 knowledge
  • Leading actuarial teams through transformation initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required
  • At least 8 years of actuarial experience
  • Deep expertise in pricing and product mechanics for retirement/annuity products
  • Experience with asset‑liability management and capital efficiency
  • Proven leadership of actuarial teams and ability to influence cross‑functionally
