You will lead pricing strategy, build ALM and capital-efficient models, and influence enterprise retirement strategy while managing a team. Remote role open across the lower 48 U.S. states.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead pricing strategy for recordkeeping, group annuities, and stable value products
Develop ALM, capital efficiency, and risk‑adjusted return models
Manage and develop a team of ~5–6 actuarial professionals
Senior director role with regular exposure to executive leadership
Remote role with flexibility; position open across the lower 48 US states

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial pricing and product mechanics for retirement products
Asset‑liability management and capital efficiency
Valuation, non‑forfeiture law and tax code 7702 knowledge
Leading actuarial teams through transformation initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required
At least 8 years of actuarial experience
Deep expertise in pricing and product mechanics for retirement/annuity products
Experience with asset‑liability management and capital efficiency
Proven leadership of actuarial teams and ability to influence cross‑functionally
