JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Medicare Advantage product strategy and benefit design
- Develop annual CMS bid strategies and meet CMS submission deadlines
- Partner with actuarial and finance to model plan designs and margins
- Manage and develop a product team and vendor relationships
- Remote (US) senior leadership role; 15+ years' MA experience required
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare Advantage plan design
- CMS bid development and submission
- Medicare Advantage revenue model experience
- Health plan product strategy and market analysis
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of Medicare Advantage product or health plan experience
- Minimum 7 years progressive leadership in a health plan or payer
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Healthcare or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage revenue models
- Proven track record designing competitive health insurance products
