KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Broker or Carrier experience in Health and Benefits
- High degree of understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms
- Familiarity with carrier reporting systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Excel expertise preferred
- Ability to conduct client-facing meetings and present financial reports
