Senior Manager, Actuarial (Health) supporting Medicare Advantage new business evaluation and strategic pricing across Strive's care partnerships. You will lead a small actuarial team, build and refine financial and opportunity-assessment models, and partner with business development, contracting, and FP&A. Hybrid-remote role based in the United States reporting to the Senior Director, Actuarial.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial new-business evaluations and opportunity assessments for health partnerships
- Focus on Medicare Advantage financial modeling and pricing assumptions
- Manage a team of one analyst and present models to internal and external partners
- Hybrid-remote role with some onsite and patient/clinic visits required
- ASA designation and 7+ years' relevant experience required
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicare Advantage experience
- Actuarial services or healthcare economics experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years experience in actuarial services, healthcare economics, or related field
- 3+ years of Medicare Advantage experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
