Senior actuarial manager role in healthcare focused on Medicare Advantage. Lead actuarial evaluations of new business, refine opportunity assessment models, and advise contracting and Finance. Hybrid-remote US role reporting to the Senior Director, Actuarial.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead actuarial evaluation of new business opportunities and financial impact analyses
Refine opportunity-assessment models using industry data and operating assumptions
Support contracting by evaluating financial impact of key contract terms
Manage one analyst and present analyses to clients and the Strategic Pricing committee
Hybrid role with travel as needed; ASA required; 7+ years experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Medicare Advantage analysis
Actuarial services or Healthcare Economics
Developing client-specific actuarial assumptions

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field
3+ years experience in Medicare Advantage
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Ability to travel and meet onsite business needs
