The role manages a small team, partners with business development and FP&A, and is based in a hybrid-remote arrangement across the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial evaluations for new business and client expansions in Medicare Advantage
- Develop and refine opportunity assessment and financial impact models
- Manage a team of one analyst and represent Finance on Strategic Pricing
- Hybrid-remote role with some onsite, clinic, and patient visit requirements
- Requires ASA and 7+ years in actuarial services or healthcare economics
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial services or Healthcare Economics
- Medicare Advantage experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of Medicare Advantage experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Ability to travel and be onsite as business needs require
