HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life actuarial modeling role on the Corporate Actuarial Modeling team in Minneapolis, MN. You will develop, validate and maintain actuarial models to support financial and risk reporting, translate results for stakeholders, and drive model governance and automation. The role is a senior individual contributor position requiring strong technical modeling skills and actuarial exam progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Develop and maintain actuarial models for financial and risk reporting
Validate models, perform peer reviews, and document governance
Drive automation and process improvements for reporting workflows
Hybrid role – Minneapolis office, 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Requires ASA exam progress and 5–7 years' relevant experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial financial and risk modeling
Model development, validation, and documentation
Delivering timely actuarial reporting for stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS

5–7 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years actuarial
All Introductory ASA exams plus 3 Actuarial/Advanced ASA exams (exam progress required)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in actuarial science, math, or related
Experience developing and validating actuarial models for reporting
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
