Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life actuarial role focused on valuation and financial reporting for variable annuity (VA) and registered index linked annuity (RILA) products. You will support IFRS 17 and U.S. GAAP (LDTI) reporting, assumption development, model governance, and partner with finance, ALM, and investments. Staff Actuary based in Denver, CO (hybrid).

Assess market, interest rate, credit, liquidity, and hedging impacts
Hybrid role — 3 days in office (Tue–Thu) in Denver, CO or Cedar Rapids, IA
Requires ASA (or equivalent) and advanced computer skills

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Assumption development for annuity valuations
Assessment of market, interest rate, credit, liquidity, and hedging risks

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's + 5 years relevant experience, or Master's + 3 years
ASA or equivalent professional designation
Experience performing valuation/reporting for variable annuities and RILA products
