JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Build advanced predictive and ML models to support underwriting and operations
Lead business and technical analytics projects and guide technical strategy
Mentor junior analysts and support onboarding of new hires and interns
Collaborate with underwriting, risk control, and cross-functional partners
Requires Master’s degree plus 5 years of relevant modeling or actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial or applied modeling experience
Advanced statistical modeling and inference
Machine learning including regression and classification
Experience with NLP, deep learning, or computer vision
Working with large datasets and data science tools

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in a STEM/actuarial field plus 5 years' experience or equivalent
Subject matter expertise in modeling, research, analytics or actuarial work
Proven ability to develop and interpret highly complex statistical models
Expertise in advanced statistical methods and ML techniques
Experience working with large datasets and multiple statistical software programs
