JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own total cost of care performance across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
  • Forecast medical cost trends and quantify value‑based contract performance
  • Work deeply with claims and pharmacy data using SQL and advanced Excel
  • Translate analyses into executive-level insights and partner cross-functionally
  • Staff-level role requiring 5+ years in medical economics or actuarial analytics

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid claims data analysis
  • Total cost of care drivers and PMPM financial analysis
  • Forecasting medical cost trends and value-based contract evaluation
  • Working with large healthcare datasets using SQL and Excel

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in medical economics, actuarial analytics, or healthcare financial analytics
  • Deep experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid claims data
  • Strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel skills with large datasets
  • Experience forecasting medical cost trends and analyzing value-based contracts
  • Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field
