You will lead Cost of Care analytics, rebate and trend analysis, and link initiatives to financial statements. VP-level role based in Richmond, VA (hybrid, 3+ days/week) with responsibility for a large actuarial team.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pharmacy trend and rebate analytics for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines
- Calculate and report Cost of Care value tied to financial results
- Drive development of analytics tools for CarelonRx segments
- Manage and develop a large team (10+ direct reports; 20+ total FTEs)
- Hybrid role — in-office at least 3 days per week (Richmond, VA or other listed offices)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- pharmacy actuarial experience
- cost of care and provider network contracting analytics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of related professional/management experience
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics or related field required
- Experience hiring, coaching, and evaluating direct reports
