- Own state-specific P&L and deliver margin and volume objectives for Personal Lines
- Develop and implement pricing, product structure, and distribution strategies
- Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, and Legal

- Ideal for a manager with 7–10 years of personal lines state P&L experience

- Demonstrated financial analytics: forecasting, loss analytics, P&L
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
