Summer actuarial internship in Milliman’s Atlantic Region P&C practice (Boston or Burlington, VT). You’ll support actuarial consulting projects, perform quantitative analyses (primarily in Excel) and gain exposure to statistical tools and senior Principals. Internship includes mentoring, presentation opportunities, and exam support while working hybrid (minimum three days onsite).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Summer actuarial intern in Atlantic Region P&C consulting (Boston or Burlington, VT)
- Support client projects and execute quantitative analyses, primarily in Excel
- Minimum one actuarial exam passed; studying toward CAS credential
- Hybrid role — minimum 3 days per week onsite
- Full-time 37.5 hours/week for 10–12 weeks with a summer housing stipend
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- At least one actuarial exam passed
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in actuarial science, mathematics, or related
- Substantial expertise with MS Excel and Word
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum one actuarial exam passed at time of application
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in actuarial science, math, or related

- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
