Our actuarial interns also gain exposure to different areas of our business. Our interns will be placed with a particular team, but will also be assigned a mentor from another team and will have the opportunity to attend trainings from all areas of the business.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of actuarial data for pricing, reserving, and financial reporting.
- Help develop and maintain actuarial models and tools.
- Conduct analysis on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and interpret data for multiple projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on actuarial methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
- Major/program must align with internship role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Due to the nature of this role, we are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
This role will work a Hybrid schedule based in either Madison, WI or Boston, MA.
