HIGHLIGHTS

Senior Life & Health risk leadership role (SVP/CRO) for SCOR Americas. You will own ERM, internal model oversight, ORSA and capital adequacy across the Americas L&H business. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead ERM, ORSA, internal model validation and capital adequacy for L&H Americas
  • Provide senior stakeholder challenge and represent L&H Risk at executive forums
  • Chair US and Canada risk committees and oversee KRIs and stress testing
  • Hybrid role — 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote (U.S. based)
  • Senior executive role requiring a qualified actuary (e.g. FSA) and 15+ years' experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • enterprise risk management for life and health
  • US RBC, Solvency II and Canadian LICAT regulatory frameworks
  • internal model validation and capital adequacy
  • ORSA, stress testing, KRIs, reserving and ALM oversight

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years in life (re)insurance or financial services with 5+ years senior risk leadership
  • Qualified actuary (e.g. FSA) required
  • Deep ERM and regulatory experience (US RBC, Solvency II, Canadian LICAT)
  • Proven experience with internal models, ORSA, stress testing and capital frameworks
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
