HIGHLIGHTS

Executive P&C actuarial role leading pricing strategy for CNA’s Commercial and Specialty product lines in Chicago. You’ll set pricing strategy, partner with underwriting, reinsurance, finance and ERM, and lead a pricing actuarial organization while driving AI-enabled analytics and modernization.

Own pricing strategy for Commercial and Specialty product lines
Partner with Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance and ERM on portfolio decisions
Lead and develop a high-performing actuarial pricing team
Drive AI-enabled actuarial capabilities and data modernization
Hybrid role based in Chicago, reporting to the EVP & Chief Actuary

Commercial and specialty pricing strategy
Reinsurance analysis and optimization
Underwriting and portfolio profitability management
Pricing governance and rate review strategy
Experience leading actuarial transformation and AI adoption

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FCAS designation required
Typically 15+ years of related experience
10+ years of people leadership experience
Proven experience in pricing strategy across commercial and specialty lines
Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change across large organizations
