Executive-level Health actuarial and consulting role in Dallas, with hybrid flexibility. You will lead Aon's Network Analytics methodology, models, and tools for provider networks, pricing, discount analysis, and value-based care, while advising clients and leading a small specialist team. The role requires ASA or FSA credentials and 8–10 years of relevant healthcare experience.

Must have
8-10 years of experience in health care consulting/plan with UDS/discount methodology, network measurement, provider contracting analytics, or value-based care program evaluation
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Health Policy or related field
Actuarial credentials (ASA/FSA)
Strongly preferred
Hands-on experience evaluating medical provider networks including traditional and emerging health plans, ACOs, high-performance networks, narrow networks, and value-based arrangements
Demonstrated experience designing or governing analytic methodologies, models or products (e.g., pricing/underwriting, network evaluation, risk adjustment)
Strong proficiency working with large health claims and encounter datasets; familiarity with provider quality data and coding standards (CPT, DRG, ICD-10-PCS)
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences including senior business and clinical leaders
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (actuarial, data science, engineering, product, consulting) to build and scale analytic solutions
Working knowledge of regulatory and market trends affecting network analytics (e.g., price transparency, Affordable Care Act provisions)
Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to coach and develop junior technical talent
Working knowledge of Python and SQL
Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
