Methodology architect and modelling leader

Closer to a modelling-heavy individual contributor role than pure people leadership: technical methodology ownership remains the primary differentiator despite managing a small team.

Senior Health actuarial leadership role in Aon's Network Analytics team, based in New York with hybrid flexibility. You will own network evaluation methodology, discount analysis, models and analytics supporting health plan pricing, provider networks and value-based care. The role combines technical architecture, client-facing consulting, cross-functional delivery and leadership of a small specialist team.

Requirements

Must have

  • Minimum of 8–10 years experience in health care consulting or related with network analytics responsibility
  • Actuarial credentials (ASA/FSA) required
  • Hands-on experience evaluating medical provider networks
  • Proficiency with large health claims and encounter datasets; familiarity with CPT, DRG, ICD‑10‑PCS
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL
