JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform actuarial examinations of health insurers and prepare reports and workpapers
- Review actuarial opinions and supporting reports for life, annuity, and health products
- Regulatory role in the Financial Regulation Division based in Austin, TX
- Hybrid-eligible position; must maintain a secure home workspace and attend virtual meetings
- Actuary III: min 3 years; Actuary IV: min 4 years and ASA/FSA with AAA membership
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college required
- Actuary III: minimum 3 years relevant actuarial experience
- Actuary IV: minimum 4 years relevant actuarial experience and ASA or FSA with AAA membership
- Ability to interpret insurance laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
