JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead quarterly UL valuation, reserve calculations, and earnings variance analysis
- Oversee Statutory, GAAP, and Tax reserve and intangible asset calculations
- Manage model governance, SOX controls, and valuation model enhancements
- Supervise and mentor actuarial students and early-career valuation staff
- Develop valuation and reporting tools; PolySystems experience preferred
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Statutory, GAAP, and Tax valuation
- Actuarial modeling for life insurance products
- Quarterly financial reporting and valuation analysis
- SOX controls and model governance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or equivalent designation required
- Minimum 3 years as a credentialed actuary within the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of Statutory, GAAP, and Tax valuation principles
