JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Analyze group experience and develop rates for dental and vision products
- Perform actual-to-expected pricing analysis and review claims cost projections
- Manage SONIC workflow for new group implementation and resolve exceptions
- Collaborate with sales, account management, brokers, and compliance
- Hybrid role based in Saint Louis, MO with regular in-person meetings
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Group dental and vision experience analysis
- Actual-to-expected pricing analysis
- Underwriting workflow management (SONIC)
- Contract and benefit booklet drafting for group plans
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Strong analytical decision-making and data integrity focus
- Experience analyzing group insurance experience data (dental/vision) or similar
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
