Director-level reinsurance underwriting role focused on LATAM surety treaties. Responsible for technical pricing, treaty underwriting, and client/broker relationship management. Senior position reporting to the SVP for Latin America and the Caribbean, based in Coral Gables, FL (hybrid).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Underwrite and technically price LATAM surety treaty reinsurance
- Manage relationships with brokers and ceding companies
- Use department pricing models and perform financial analysis
- Hybrid role: Coral Gables office 3 days/week; peak periods may require 5 days
- Senior director role with frequent regional travel for renewals and PASA events
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of surety reinsurance underwriting and pricing experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced Excel skills required; knowledge of SQL/Python/Tableau/Power BI a plus
- Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required
- Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
