Role Summary

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a reinsurance or primary pricing, portfolio management or reserving function (property experience a plus)
Expertise: Strong understanding of (re)insurance underwriting, property market dynamics, and key strategic drivers influencing insurer performance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; ACAS/FCAS designation or active pursuit strongly preferred.
Communication: Proven ability to distill and communicate complex analyses to executive-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
Leadership: Inspire, influence, and elevate others, consistently mentoring and leading with impact, regardless of your role.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to incorporate market intelligence and forward-looking views into underwriting and pricing recommendations.
Flexibility: Limited travel required across North America, primarily for client engagement

HIGHLIGHTS
