JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and reserving for captive and alternative insurance programs
- Develop pricing methodologies and conduct feasibility studies
- Provide actuarial input for regulatory filings and governance
- Promote predictive modeling, ML, and automation in actuarial workflows
- Hybrid role based in Tampa, FL (work location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33602)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Captive and alternative insurance program experience
- Pricing and reserving experience
- Workers' Compensation product knowledge
- Familiarity with state-level rate filings and regulatory frameworks
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FCAS designation required
- Minimum 7–10 years of P&C actuarial experience
- Proven experience in pricing and reserving
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline required
