JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead DI product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management
- Oversee stress testing, scenario analysis, and actuarial model maintenance
- Manage and develop actuarial/product teams with succession planning
- Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, distribution, and finance
- Hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE (part office, part home)

- Disability Income (DI) product pricing and lifecycle management
- Product design and profitability management
- Stress testing and scenario analysis for product performance
- Experience analysis and assumption review
- Cross-functional partnership with underwriting, claims, distribution, and finance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA designation required
- More than 10 years of progressive actuarial or product experience
- 7–10 years of people leadership experience
- Deep, hands-on Disability Income product experience
- Strong data, analytics, and modeling experience
