VP & Actuary (P&C) based in Philadelphia leading the Global Casualty Domestic (GCD) actuarial pricing unit. You will manage a team, lead account-level pricing and collateral calculations for Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability, and partner with underwriters, clients and brokers.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead account-level pricing and collateral calculations for Workers Comp, Comm Auto, and GL
- Manage and develop a team of actuarial professionals, including actuarial students
- Client- and broker-facing role; present findings to underwriters and external stakeholders
- Oversee actuarial participation in branch audit processes and provide branch training
- Based in Philadelphia, PA reporting to the Lead Actuary for Global Casualty

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading actuarial pricing for Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, or General Liability
- Experience managing and developing actuarial staff, including actuarial students
- Client-facing experience meeting with underwriters, clients, and brokers
- Ability to oversee branch audit participation and provide actuarial training
