You will lead a two-person actuarial team, oversee pricing studies and recurring reporting, and improve system-driven pricing and data strategy through collaboration with management, IT, and predictive analytics.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
10+ years of actuarial pricing or reserving experience
ACAS or FCAS certification preferred, or equivalent industry qualifications
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Previous managerial or supervisory experience
Ability to prioritize multiple competing deliverables and manage time effectively to meet scheduled due dates
Strong collaboration skills, ability to work closely with diverse individuals
