The role sits on the LAD Executive team, partners with Underwriting and Sales, and supports M&A and market expansion. Position is eligible for fully remote work (occasional travel); based in Portland, OR.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing, reserving and profitability for a $4B Life, Absence & Disability portfolio
- Serve on the LAD Executive team and advise on M&A and market expansion
- Oversee financial planning, actuarial reporting and model development
- Manage and develop the actuarial team; provide mentorship and coaching
- Fully remote eligible role with occasional travel; VP-level position
