DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Group health benefits experience
Experience with captive insurance companies
Regulatory and rating agency relationship management
Risk-Based Capital and capital planning
Financial planning and analysis for insurance products

KEY REQUIREMENTS

7–10 years’ experience in insurance or healthcare, preferably group health
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
Experience with regulator and rating agency (AM Best) interactions
Demonstrated FP&A and capital planning experience including RBC
Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint)
