JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead health economic and outcomes analyses to demonstrate clinical and financial value
- Serve as actuarial SME in client, consultant, and health plan engagements
- Design and manage performance guarantees and reserving strategy
- Analyze large medical and pharmacy claims datasets to quantify impact
- Report to the VP, Data and AI and support commercial growth initiatives
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial experience within a healthcare organization or health plan
- Analyzing medical claims, pharmacy claims, and population health data
- Developing health economic analyses or outcomes research
- Understanding Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and quality metrics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare, health plans, or related services
- ASA or FSA certification required
- Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims and population health data
- Experience developing health economic analyses, actuarial models, or outcomes research
- Understanding of Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and healthcare quality metrics
