  • Present findings to senior executives and the Board
  • VP-level role with team leadership; willingness to travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • actuarial valuation for M&A transactions
  • valuation across Statutory, GAAP, tax and capital frameworks
  • P&C actuarial experience (pricing or reserving)
  • experience with reinsurance and strategic valuation
  • leading actuarial due diligence and stakeholder coordination

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FCAS designation required (or ACAS with 15 years' experience in lieu)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of actuarial experience with M&A/valuation exposure
  • Proven experience leading actuarial teams and influencing enterprise strategy
  • Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills; travel required
