JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own reserving, pricing, catastrophe modeling, and analytics for a P&C carrier
  • Lead and develop the actuarial, data, and analytics team
  • Serve as actuarial advisor to executive leadership and the Board
  • Hybrid role – St. Petersburg, FL; local hires onsite Mondays and Wednesdays
  • FCAS required with 10+ years of P&C actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Property & Casualty actuarial experience
  • Loss and LAE reserving analyses
  • Pricing and underwriting analytics
  • Catastrophe modeling and exposure management
  • Reinsurance program design support

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Designated Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
  • At least 10 years of property & casualty actuarial experience
  • Demonstrated experience in reserving, pricing, and catastrophe modeling
  • Proven people leadership and team development experience
  • Hybrid on-site requirement for Tampa Bay hires (Mon and Wed onsite)
