JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead and grow a profitable P&C consulting book across insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and insurtechs
Provide technical oversight of pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and predictive analytics
Own senior client relationships and serve as appointed actuarial contact for audits and regulators
Build, lead, and mentor actuarial teams; shape P&C practice strategy and go-to-market plans
Flexible location: remote, hybrid, or on-site in Plano, TX; periodic travel required

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

P&C pricing and reserving across multiple lines
Capital modeling experience
Predictive analytics / predictive modeling experience
Proven business development and client growth experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ACAS or FCAS required
8+ years of progressive P&C actuarial experience
Meaningful consulting or client-facing experience
Deep technical expertise in P&C pricing and reserving
Eligible to work in the U.S.; ability to travel periodically
