  • Lead modernization of trend forecasting and historical reporting across UHG
  • Design AI-forward analytics and data pipeline roadmaps for actuarial workflows

  • Flexible / remote-from-US option; hybrid in MN/DC with in-office days expected
  • Senior executive role requiring a credentialed actuary (ASA or FSA) and 12+ years

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial experience within healthcare payer organizations
  • Medical cost trend forecasting and historical reporting
  • Leading modernization and AI adoption in actuarial workflows
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Cross-functional change management across actuarial and technology teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Credentialed actuary (ASA or FSA)
  • 12+ years of actuarial experience within healthcare payer organizations
  • Deep familiarity with medical cost trend forecasting and historical reporting
  • Proven experience leading modernization programs and deploying AI solutions
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional change management and executive engagement
