JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead modernization of trend forecasting and historical reporting across UHG
Design AI-forward analytics and data pipeline roadmaps for actuarial workflows
Partner with actuarial, finance, product and technology leaders enterprise-wide
Flexible / remote-from-US option; hybrid in MN/DC with in-office days expected
Senior executive role requiring a credentialed actuary (ASA or FSA) and 12+ years

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial experience within healthcare payer organizations
Medical cost trend forecasting and historical reporting
Leading modernization and AI adoption in actuarial workflows
Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication

KEY REQUIREMENTS
