Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

VP-level actuarial role focused on valuation and ALM for asset-intensive life products (FIA, RILA, MYGA, ULSG). You will lead integration of regulatory valuation frameworks (VM-22, VM-31, PBR, CFT), partner with finance and investments on capital and ALM decisions, and present results to senior leadership and Boards in West Des Moines, IA.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead integration of asset-based reserving and valuation frameworks across U.S. entities
Own ALM analytics and sensitivity testing for interest rate, credit, and reinvestment risk
Represent actuarial views to finance, investments, capital committees, and Boards
VP role in West Des Moines reporting to the SVP of Actuarial Strategy and Capital Solutions
FSA (or equivalent) and 10+ years valuation/ALM/capital leadership experience required

Proven ability to influence across actuarial, finance, and investments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
