HIGHLIGHTS

Owner of Embedded Value and actuarial appraisal modelling, primarily Excel-based
Hybrid role based in Newark, NJ with occasional domestic and international travel
Senior role requiring a fully qualified FSA with 10+ years' experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

M&A transaction and actuarial due diligence experience
Experience with inforce reinsurance block transactions
Valuation methods for life, retirement and pension products
Knowledge of US Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II
Hands-on financial and Excel-based valuation modelling

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Fully qualified actuary (FSA) with 10+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree required
Proven transaction and M&A actuarial experience (deal modelling/due diligence)
Strong hands-on financial modelling skills; advanced Excel required
Deep knowledge of US Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS and valuation methods
