Senior Life actuarial leadership role (VP) focused on Executive Benefits (BOLI/COLI) and Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI). You will lead product, pricing, and operations teams to shape product design, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation while partnering with distribution, investments and senior management. Hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC (3 days/week in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Executive Benefits (BOLI/COLI) and PPLI product, pricing, and operations
- Manage and develop a pricing team and departmental budget
- Advise senior management on EB and PPLI strategy, risks, and market trends
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in a Lincoln office (Greensboro or alternate locations)
- Requires 12+ years actuarial/life insurance experience and 5+ years senior management
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Private placement investments within life insurance
- Actuarial life product experience
- BOLI/COLI experience preferred
- Senior management experience in large complex organizations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of actuarial science and/or life insurance experience
- 5+ years of senior management experience in a large, complex organization
- Experience with private placement investments within life insurance
- Actuarial life product experience required; BOLI/COLI experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and stakeholder relationship skills
