HIGHLIGHTS

Executive life reinsurance role (VP & Lead Actuary) based in Minneapolis. Lead pricing, risk analysis and product development for Group Life, Accident and Special Risk within RGA's U.S. Group Reinsurance business. Responsible for setting assumptions, performing experience analysis, mentoring staff and presenting value-added analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FSA accreditation required
10+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance and/or reinsurance
Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related
Highly advanced actuarial technical skills and life product knowledge
Intermediate understanding of GAAP, statutory and tax accounting
