VP-level P&C reinsurance actuarial role on Guy Carpenter’s Global Analytics team in Atlanta, with hybrid attendance of at least three days per week. You’ll advise brokers and clients, develop complex reinsurance pricing and capital analyses, and use Python, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools to deliver commercially actionable risk insights.

5-7 years of industry experience
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Math, Statistics or related
Pricing, valuation, and/or capital modeling experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
Visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Coding experience in Python, Alteryx, R, VBA, or SQL; comfort with Databricks
Comfortable working in interactive teams with brokers and clients
Ability to lead day-to-day parts of a project and make decisions
Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Reinsurance actuarial, stochastic modeling and/or capital modeling experience
