JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead the Reserving Innovation & Data team to elevate reserving analytics
- Own data quality, ResQ implementation, and reserving process improvements
- Partner with IT, Enterprise Data, and Reserving leadership
- Role based in Jersey City, NJ; VP-level with people leadership
- Strong SQL and Python skills expected; experience with Snowflake and Airflow
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property and Casualty actuarial or data experience
- Reserving and loss analytics experience
- Experience leading actuarial or analytics teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years Property & Casualty experience in actuarial or data functions
- 5+ years managing a team
