Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

VP-level P&C reserving/data leadership role based in Saint Paul, MN. You will build and lead the Reserving Innovation & Data team, driving reserving analytics, data quality, ResQ implementation and platform improvements. The role partners across IT, Enterprise Data and Reserving leadership to scale data pipelines and analytics.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead the Reserving Innovation & Data team within Reserving and Loss Analytics
Define and execute reserving data and analytics strategy across P&C reserving
Drive ResQ implementation, data quality, tooling and process improvements
Partner with IT, Enterprise Data and Reserving leadership across the organization
Senior VP role requiring team leadership and prioritization of competing portfolios

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Property and Casualty actuarial or data functions
Reserving and loss analytics experience
ResQ implementation experience
Building data tools to support insurance analytics
Managing actuarial or analytics teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years Property and Casualty experience in actuarial and/or data functions
5+ years managing a team
College degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Actuarial Science, etc.)
