  • Oversee non-guaranteed element management, crediting rate and index settings
  • Partner with finance, actuarial, risk, legal and business leaders
  • Hybrid role based in Boston, MA; reports to Global Head of Inforce Management
  • Senior executive role requiring fellowship and 15+ years in pricing, valuation, reinsurance
